I got a black mini box tote in the sale. I like my micro Sutton but I wanted the mini box tote for the front exterior pocket for my phone. I’m glad my phone isn’t a max because I don’t think it would fit. I agree about the north south configuration but I am putting more stuff in the outside pockets so hopefully it will work ok.

Do you like your mini box tote? My iPhone 13 max with a pop socket (that catches) does fit the outer pockets. I usually cram a non-max work phone (no pop socket) in with it, tighter squeeze than say the Micro Metro Deluxe’s outer pockets. Come to think of it, probably one of the reasons I personally find it less convenient, have to fight the phones in a little.

I know micro Sutton is small but I still feel like it can handle having deluxe outer pockets! Probably would mess up its shape, or pockets would have to be shallower.

Love the gift shop metallics though!!! The opal leather micro Sutton I still haven’t used, it’s slightly bigger and heavier than regular micro suttons, I want everything shiny…

I forget do they do a promo for Black Friday/cyber Monday? I want a few items but I can wait. I feel like they did a gift with purchase over $XXX but maybe I’m just making that up in my head lol. I really like the metallic leathers but wonder how well they’ll hold up over time.

They do something on black friday, though I don't remember what. I like the metallics too. I am waiting to see reviews first, even if I take the chance on them being sold out.

I bought the opal iridescent leather mini Sutton from last Christmas and the handles have cracked and customer support said they can’t fix, just fyi! I barely carried the bag for two months and always crossbody so was very shocked at the wear and tear

Such a bummer. The coating on that metallic leather really is very thick and stiff. While their non-metallic leather is stunning.

Seems like that while-supplies-last free gift phone crossbody is already all claimed, maybe. Last night my cart had one, today it does not. Does look cute.

Also today I just noticed the gemstone iridescent micro Sutton, gorgeous. Can’t remember when that was promo’d (currently sold out). I can’t bring myself to buy more of the finishes that will certainly crack or peel, regardless of how beautiful they are!! It’s also difficult to buy light colors given my wardrobe. Really tempted by mushroom Crosby go, I do have a mushroom Max that has held up quite well (lots of weekend overnights packed into it), just a really satisfying color. But maybe the matte silver will hold up to general use and fabric contact better…

I have found that the pearl finish holds up quite well.

It really is gorgeous and I get so many compliments on my bag…attaching photos of my cracked handles from last year’s bag which is such a shame it didn’t hold up. They released a micro version yesterday as part of the 12 days of surprises

They seem fo be heavy on leather this year with the 12 days of Christmas.

As far as finish goes I got the gemstone mini Sutton in 22 it's probably my most used bag since I got it. The only signs of wear is a bit at the bottom of the bag. I don't baby my bags but I also don't trash them. If anything the major of wear is me being a klutz and my bag gets caught on something. Honestly it's so nominal and I only noticed it because my new puff coat takes my my whole locker at work so I've been putting my bags in a high up cabinet.

Nope not crazy! The walnut is really pretty. It’s easy to get sucked into the MZ Wallace craze!!
