Hello I post on the mzw FB group (do a fire sale if u have 8 or more as these seems to move better vs listing at bst thread), local sg carousell, and eBay USA. But eBay USA has fees and the cost to sell plus shipping is almost 20-30% of listed price for me. I think AU Mzw ladies have a bst group too?
I also gave some bags to local single mum fb group/ low income earnings family mummy. But I realized these ladies some might turn around and sell off the bag instead of using.
Thank you for your answer. Leaves me with a few reflexion points to consider.
Someone posted on FB a real life picture of the Mini Box Tote in Rose with Sequins and it’s so beautiful….. I remembered your appreciation on the sturdiness of the sequins….. do you think the sequins could withstand a light wash when the bag gets dirty?
I have handwash some bags. Sequin should be fine for gentle handwash imo. I've never washing machine washed any Mzw. The sequins might be "bended"?
So I received the Mini Box Tote in black. I will keep it…..although I am not crazy about it. I will keep it because of the top handle, and the pockets…… I am changing from my black Small Crosby which I adore, however, a top handle would have been amazing in this style. For some reason, the Mini Box Tote feels heavier and looks fuller once packed with the same items packed in the Small Crosby. Although I was thinking about getting another Mini Box Tote in Rose with Sequins, I don’t think this is the case anymore….
If it is not Love I would return unless you used points.
You are wise to suggest this. I took the wrappings off already and I am trying it out. I am at a point of no return now. Not bad, except for the aforementioned.
I love the small crosby too! The style is so classic and fit good amount of stuff.
Now u have me wonder if I'm supposed to just get a Mzw crossbody bag, a sling is better vs the mini box tote. I usually prefer more external pockets but if it's heavier and looks heavier / fuller too not sure will I like the mini box tot.
As I am using my Mini Box Tote, I am liking the outside pockets, especially the zippered ones hidden on the sides of the big opening. I think the reason it has less capacity is because of the padding. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great little bag. The shape is different and if you don’t overstuff it, it’s cool. I like my small Crosby a lot though. At this point I will not return my new Mini Box Tote. Thank you for letting me know that as long as the tag is on, a bag is still returnable. At this point, the tag is long gone already.
I personally like to wear the Metro Sling around my waist. I love the big outside pocket where I put my Iphone 14 Pro Max with it’s bulky leather case which has a flap that protects the screen. It’s easy to zip and unzip my phone as I need it. The Crosby sling is much bulkier and yet dressier…. this one I don’t wear around my waist because it’s big. I think the Crosby sling is great to be worn across the chest.
