Ya know, I guess she is brand new. The total refurbishment includes reburbishing the leather, replacing piping, hardware, chain and they re-lined it so....Yep! Pretty much brand new!She looks very nice! Like brand new, in fact, she is brand new, isn't she? (in a way)....

hey, i know this is old, but did u happen to figure out about the hologram sticker? I am thinking about buying a bag but it would need to be re-lined. I was also wondering if you bring the bag in with out a box or dustbag will they put it in either when they return it to u?
