My purse collection -inspired by the riches of Dubai

I have been collecting handbags since college (first bag ever was a pink Fendi on a waitress salary! haha). I have a love for LV (which I will post all my accessories later) but love bags that are made of high quality, that are special, and am very fond of Murakami's collection for Louis Vuitton. My collection grew quickly when i lived in Dubai a few years ago. Dubai gets all the special edition products as most of the city can afford to pay thousands for one bag. As for me, I just buy bags as tokens of places i visit and each one really has a story. You all can relate to how sentimental our handbags can be!

Here are some of my bags. i still have another 30 to post so i'll keep all you fashionistas updated!

So after digging around in my suitcases (still haven't quite unpacked everything believe it or not!) - I have taken pics of the next set to share with you fashionistas!

- MaxMara rabbit fur trim (PETA must hate me - but Dubai loved selling exotics)
- Jimmy Choo teal clutch (one of my faves, exquisite hardware and construction)
- Francisco Biasia iridecent clutch (bought in Italy during a girls only trip)

So this Gucci python is one of my most prized handbags, especially since I was able to get it a great price (thanks to my hook up at Harvey Nichols ....whom I became good friends with due to the amount of handbags i bought from her!)

I brought this bag to LA with me once and that's when I found out they don't sell python in California...oops! Either way the ladies at the Gucci store in BH were very nice and appreciated to see the python bag up close. This bag freaks out my PETA friends, but at least they haven't thrown paint on it yet.
