My negative Cartier experience today

I think you should post your complaint on Yelp as well because sometimes it does help it and it will warn other potential customers. I wouldn't go back. I'd make my future purchases from a different store.

I have no plans on going back to that store. There are enough complaints on google and yelp. I just wish I had checked before visiting that store. What an utter waste of time. Too bad the sa lost out on a nice commission. I wound up making a Rolex sa very happy today.

Bumping this thread - does Cartier still do discounts as this is the first I've heard of this outside AD.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Cartier usually has securities present could they not vouch for you. They sure keep an eye on who is coming in the front door.

Yes they did have one person, but to be frank, after having that sa speak to me so rudely, I did not want to go and drag the poor man into the ruckus. The poor man has to work with that rude sa on a regular basis lol.
