I'm so happy to hear you had a great experience at your LV store!

This week I went to mine and purchased a Batignolles Horizontal and the Monogram Pochette. I asked for the boxes for each so I was basically walking out of the store with two LV shopping bags one of which was huge.

My SA told me that they have had some problems the past week where customers have left the store and people have followed them to their cars and stolen their purchases. (I can't even image something so horrible like this happening)

She insisted on calling security to escort me to my car because she didn't want this to happen to any of her customers in the future. I really felt special because she went out of her way to make sure I got my purchases safely, and it wasn't even like I was one of her usual customers!

I do have some quite a good experince too...
a cuple of years a go (when I was 17) I went to CA and decided to buy my first Lv! so I first ask my friend (which she live there) to call and ask for it first cause Im leaving in the evening on the day we went there..finally a store in Bevery Center have one ! Its Excursion so we went there and ask for the model named excursion then one of the asia SA walk from the stock room or something with the bag in the dust bag , she opened the bag and show me every inch of the bag and I said to her ok,I'll take that (wow! like Paris did hahaha)and then I take a look arond ... the store is pretty small..lol!
but I like it, when I paid its like a 100 doller bills and20s and 10s you know? is like I've kept these money for whole year for that bag, and she said Its okey you can use it for over ten years for sure!
