Old Medium Boy gold crackled calfskin, aged gold hw. My heart be still!!


Deerskin bucket sisters. I got the small one & loved it so much that I got the medium when I saw her just a few weeks later! This leather is by far the softest I’ve ever felt in my life.


More bucket sisters. I just love these chain closures that are the same as the deerskin ones above. Very soft thin caviar.

I think the silver Reissue 226, the gold crackle Boy, the turquoise/green lamb jumbo, and the beige deerskin bucket bags are my favorites!!

Love them all, the reissues especially. You mentioned sending your 227 to LS for gold touch ups....my preloved 226 came with gold tone loss on the chains. I’ve read other posts that said when they sent their bags in for touch ups In This area, the chains had uneven coloring afterwards. I am just curious if you’ve heard this, and if you do send her in, I would love to hear how it turned out as I would be interested in doing this as well. Again, gorgeous collection!

Thank you, jbags07! I don’t mind a little “patina” on a bag. I kind of like the blend of gold and silver on the hardware. Therefore, I am not sure when or if I will send my bag to LS. I called them and they are very nice and they seem like a good company, and I’d certainly rather my bag go to them in Pennsylvania than overseas (from where I live) to Chanel in France. But of course there is always the potential for a bag to get lost in transit.

As for wanting more bags....there will always be “just one more bag.” There may or may not be another one on the way <wink wink>. However, I am trying to pare down my collection, as I also have Louis Vuitton, Chloe, YSL, Gucci, Prada, Hermès, Céline....
