Interesting , what do you think is the best transportation? Is there a Metro from Airport to Airbnb/Hotel ?
there is a train from the airport to Seoul, there are 2 options, a direct train and a train with many stops. If I'm not mistaken, I paid ~6,000 won for a ticket that you can buy right there, in general, this train is like a subway, only one that goes longer distances. It takes 30-45 minutes to get to Seoul, and there you can transfer to the subway you need. In Seoul, everything is fine with transport, there are signs in English everywhere

Thanks . The fact that there are english sings makes this alot easier. Everyone on this forum said that transport in Seoul runs very smoothly .

Hey! Ok, yeah I heard about some clinics/surgeons who prefer using titanium screws with PEEK implants.. to me this sounds quite scary and dangerous. You got it removed by the same clinic? And even tho they closed the incision in the same way like before the scar is healing much worse? I mean as far as I know scar tissue should be removed (cut away) when closing an incision for the 2nd time, so the "healthy" skin and tissue can heal better again. If the removal was just a few weeks ago you could try to support the healing with special scar lotions, a dermaroller and silicon stripes maybe. Wishing that it gets better over the next weeks! Would appreciate an update soon if you like to share
hi! why is peek implants with titanium dangerous?

Hello, been reviewing this thread for a while. I have a small odd pointed head, wasnt like that when i was young but somehow eventually it turned out this way. I decided to go with Dr.Hsu from Line Plastic Surgery in Los Angelos Cal. Was Quoted $9500 for mma bone cement method. I understand its not the cheapest option but the pros for me was shorter flight since i stay in states and same language enviroment, airbnb options are kinda pricey so i decided to stay for two nights only and hop on the plane the next day after surgery and remove the staples back home, removing staples doesnt seem difficult, bought the tool removal on amazon hahaha. To me it doesnt seem necessary to stay for a week i know they want you there for a before and after picture results Decided to stay in an airbnb $65 for 2 nights that was walking distance 15 min away in a shared dormitory. Will share before and after photos after its done.

Item clinic replied to me that you need to wear bandage for at least 3 days after surgery . I guess at Line you carry bandages for less than that?

yes i have it on now. Its a head wrap to prevent swellage or what they told me to prevent air bubbles. so far i do have swellage by the temple areas one side is bigger than the other, from what they say it should reduce in 7 to 10days.

10 Mile uber was $55ish dollars from airbnb on admore and 8th street (15min walking distance and cheapest to clinic) to airport so keep that in mind might have to spent $100+ if you dont have your own ride.

Hey man hows everything going?

Hiya can anyone who has done the surgery to correct their flat back of the head let me know how they are getting on post-op preferably 6 months + if possible. If you have any tips about what was helpful for you pre-procedure especially navigating around Seoul, please let me know.

In my opinion it’s worthwhile reading the thread again . Some have had it for a few years and have still the same positive feedback . I started reading 5 years ago and I’m finally going soon to perform surgery I was quoted $6000 usd . I’m originally from New Zealand . Currently nursing in Abu Dhabi. I’m really excited and have seen how much easier getting around Korea is compared to say 7 years ago as some of the other guys have mentioned . I have seen so many more clinics pop up which is reassuring regarding the surgery

Hi everyone, when was the first time you realized you had that condition? Plagio/brachio? Were you made fun of in your childhood?
Yeah haha. Looking back at it now primary school 5-11 years old I can’t remember much , I guess my hair was a little longer , at 12 years old I remember my teacher saying to me that I have a really abnormal head shape . That’s when things started to affect me . And another kid mentioned it to me and that’s about it . But I kind of grew it ever since then , I actually became a barber after high school so I knew exactly how to manipulate my hair and nobody could ever tell. I would get tapers , or grow out mullets
