Trying to buy one of my wishlist items...
Can someone help me out-- does anyone know the old price right before the price hike of the ballon bleu 33mm stainless steel? (If that's the next size after the 28mm)

I have changed my wish list. I have decided I want to keep my engagement ring the way it is. I am far too sentimental to change it. Instead I would like a full channel set diamond eternity ring in Platinum. I would either switch my half eternity ring to my right hand or stack them all together x

Revising my list slightly... Debating on 28 or next size Cartier bb, 100% sticking with metal bracelet and all stainless steel, the dual is too much at this time.


Thin love ring rose gold still to match my bracelet

Now I want a trinity ring to stack with the love ring lol

Still want diamond cluster earrings and inside our diamond hoops as well as rose gold hoops similar to the perlee

Long term one day would be bulgari serpenti and Cartier panthere

Have updated my list again below after some recent purchases :graucho:

1. Upgraded diamond studs - 1.20-1.30 ct approx - still saving - postponed till later this year as diamond prices have gone up a lot here and I don't want to compromise on the quality and setting of the studs I want
2. Cartier Tank Francaise in steel/gold in the small size, preloved - still saving - postponed to later this year
3. Cartier Trinity ring in small or extra small to replace my old one - GOT IT! :D I briefly owned the Love wedding ring in YG but sold it as felt it was too matchy matchy with my bangle. I decided on the extra small Trinity in the end (since I already own an older version of the 2.9 mm per band it would have been silly to buy it again) and it is perfect for wearing as a delicate ring on its own, stacking with eternity bands and other rings or even my wedding and e-rings.
4. Annoushka skinny diamond eternity band in YG - GOT IT! :D Looks great stacked with my new Trinity ring.
5. Something in citrine - GOT IT! :D Originally wanted something from Kiki Mcdonough - earrings or a necklace - but decided on the Tiffany Sparklers pendant in citrine for my birthday in March.
6. Kiki McDonough amethyst earrings with diamonds, either studs or dangles - can't decide which to get yet, they are all so pretty... - GOT IT! :D Just the diamond huggie hoops though, am still saving for a pair of the drops and think will go for the green amethyst when I get them. The Duchess of Cambridge has exactly the same hoops and drops and I hope the hoops are as sparkly as they look on her when they arrive. Love her taste in clothes and jewels. Just waiting for them to be delivered :woot:

Please post a pic of your new Trinity. I am thinking of getting one to stack with two love wedding bands I have. Is it comfortable and does it stack well with other rings? Thanks so much!

It is really comfortable! DH doesn't like it on its own as he feels it doesn't have much presence (unlike the bigger versions) but as a ring to stack it is great. My fingers aren't that long so I find even the 'small' 2.9mm per band Trinity ring too uncomfortable stacked with other rings.

I have taken some photos but annoyingly TPF is telling me the photos are too big, despite having had no trouble uploading in the past! Will have another go later :smile1:

Thanks so much! I am glad you love it. :smile1: I have been looking on the Cartier site and the US site doesn't list the smallest size for some reason. I will check back for the pics. My wishlist keeps growing. :p

I have heard that before on here - I wonder why the US site don't seem to stock it :thinkin: I thought it might be discontinued but when I asked the SA at the Bond Street store in London (where I ended up buying mine) he said he knows of no plans to discontinue it and that it is one of their best sellers.

I managed to resize the photos so hopefully this will work! Here is a photo of the Trinity worn as an alternative wedding band with my e-ring:
