Those photos are incredible and so helpful. I love the comparison of the hardware and strap length.

Now I have looked at all of your bags and the details, I am even more convinced that your ss02 is authentic :hugs: However there are far more experienced people who have contributed and I think you should go with the people who know these older bags so well :tup:

You have a wonderful group of amazing bags, congrats :drool::heart:

Jade, your FBFs are lovely!

In reference to the 2002: all of the details are so right-on, there has to be some other explaination than "fake." It just looks too darn perfect.

They are all lovely, but I have to say the 02 FBF is my favorite! The leather is just TDF!!! I would honestly put all doubts aside, as everyone I have ever trusted to be in the know, has stated they believe it is authentic. I am known for being super picky about the bags I buy, and I truly would not only feel confident of the 02's authenticity, I would feel that the PC pocket lining makes the bag even more rare. You've got an amazing collection of FBF's, and not only is the 02 fabulous, I am blown away by the amazing condition of it!!! If you ever list it on ebay, I am sure many of us here, would be all over it!!!

Thanks Deana, for your vote of confidence in the 02 FBF.

The thing is, even if I sell any of my bbags, which I haven't, and do not anticipate doing with any of my collection at the moment, I will not list something which I have doubts about with regards to authenticity. I just cannot do that, it feels wrong to me.

This is the first I have heard of this Pierre Cardin thing and I can't see it in the pictures. Weird. I doubt it's fake but would love to hear Balenciaga explain it.:p

Thanks sweetie, my collection would not be complete if not for your lovely season 3 fbf! I loved it the moment I touched/saw it, and it remains my favorite even after getting another 3!

Here's a picture of the 4 FBF next to each other taken awhile ago. I will take more pictures the next chance I get, and will post measurements of the connectors as well, because they are slightly different from season to season.
