Thanks so much for your answer! Do you know anybody in Europe you can recommend to fix this? How much you think this would cost? Also if this would be worn without fixing would it cause bigger damage? I still think to return it but would like to here your opinion

Hi, its just a cosmetic issue, if you peeled the cracked plastic like edging material off you would see that the leather edge below is just fine. Sounds like you are upset about it and that's enough to spoil the joy of having this bag, if so, then maybe its better to just return it and find a bag you love right from the get go?
