Couldn’t agree more. It’s a shame but I’ve lost quite a sum sending their poorly described items back (via Express and insured of course) and I am not willing to accept this hassle anymore, so they’ve lost me as a customer. When I see threads like this (I know of another member having similar issues), I am affirmed in my decision. However, I’d rather disclose and add proper pictures instead of having to pack, unpack and relist over and over again when an item gets returned.I’ve bought from DE in the past, but their condition descriptions are so hit and miss it’s ridiculous. Occasionally you get lucky and find a new bag described as used, but more often it’s the other way round in my experience, and something described as in excellent condition is very well used. I don’t bother looking anymore, I got fed up of returning stuff.
I’d send this back, it looks awfully stretched and it’s very poor value for £5 k
Why can a birkin with stuff inside be carried open (without causing damage) but not a kelly?
Hi there,Hi ladies,
I just purchased a Kelly from one consignment store. I was really happy with my purchase but today I got the bag and saw inside cracks. Would this be a problem for you or this is something acceptable?

Thanks so much for your answer! Do you know anybody in Europe you can recommend to fix this? How much you think this would cost? Also if this would be worn without fixing would it cause bigger damage? I still think to return it but would like to here your opinionHi there,
To my eyes this is just the edge material which is cracked, its pretty typical on the white bags to have this happen. Not a major repair in my opinion ... needs to have the French Edging material removed and reapplied. For some reason the white edging material is always thicker applied to get good coverage and its more plastic-like it doesn't flex as well as some of the other more common colors... so it does then to crack, yellow and peel off... its just a thing. Cool bag its hard to find a white these days...
I hope this was helpful ?
Good luck, doc

Why don't you take it Hermes (if you keep it) it can be cheaper than these other places. Once you take it elsewhere (if they detect) H won't touch it ever again.
I would need to travel to a different country as no H in mineWhy don't you take it Hermes (if you keep it) it can be cheaper than these other places. Once you take it elsewhere (if they detect) H won't touch it ever again.
