My first Kelly! Would you return it

Was about to purchase it and glad I didn’t. Been having issues with this store as they hardly disclose anything at all. I would return. I feel sorry for you.
Yes, I had to return 3 items as they had severe defects that were not shown (even after inquiring to get detailed pictures as obviously their website pictures are useless).

I am interested to know is this something that usually happens with h bags?
This bag doesn’t look used from outside so how could this happen? I would think that the leather is too heavy? Will this happen to other Kelly’s also. I don’t pamper bags, I use them. If I would be wearing all my items inside like usual would another Kelly hold them without cracking

2 H and 1 Chanel...but that is after 2 years of purchasing from them as a very satisfied customer. I used to think they underestimated conditions quite often, but this year I haven't had much luck and it was defects I was not willing to accept.
I don't want to call them out (feel free to PM me), but their return label including their name is shown in the initial photos posted in this thread.
I purchase vintage Kelly’s and I haven’t had any problem like the cracks in your photos. I also load up my bags (don’t overly baby them) and they can handle normal weight. Am so sorry this happened to you for your first one! The right kelly will come along for you!
The bag from outside looks wonderful it even has strong leather smell like it isn’t used at all or Used very little So I can’t believe it has cracks inside and on the top of the flap. They always say Hermes has special craftsmanship and this beg wasn’t useD and abused so this can happen
Dear OP, please verify that it is actually the leather that is cracked. I agree, if the leather is cracked, I would return it, but if ts the resign sealing, I believe it can be fixed (in this case, please get confirmation of more knowledgeable members than me, though)
