did u open a dispute on paypal? U paid with paypal right?

I am sure the members over at the ebay forum can further help u on dispute if u have not done it before

First u will need to save/print/screen print your ebAy listing as backup/record..... Just in case that listing is removed

Also did u pay with credit card on paypal?

You really should file a dispute and do a chargeback on your credit card. No need to lose your $$ and definitely you shouldn't let this scammer get away with this!!
