My first Burberry bag is Defected

I bought Burberry small banner bag last December from Burberry shop in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

I used it two times only then the leather started to peel from the corners.

I returned to the shop and they informed me that this bag was defected and they refused to give my money back.they told me I can only exchange.
I had to choose a bag that I didn’t like with the same budget, I don’t want it and the shop defused to refund.

I am so disappointed with the way Burberry treats it’s clients. And I don’t trust bag quality any more.
I need refund for the the new bag and they advised me to call Burberry customer care for that

Sorry but after 8 month is normal if the brand don't refund you and offer you a exchange, even if the bag is defect,

Is not Just Burberry no one brand will refund the customer after that amount of time, is no fun but its true.

The only chance you have is if you are a big brand spender, the brand is more open in that case
