Stunning!!!Your current settings is lovely. I have a Victor Canera halo and sometimes miss the simplicity of a six prong setting.

Your J stone amazing ! Are you able to spot a tint of warmth or would you say it looks this white in most lightings?

I didn't realize you were in Toronto! My boyfriend and I just had a ring made (still being made) and an eternity band at a place that does amazing work. He's like the leon mege of Toronto in my opinion. They are downtown, and do great work for a realllllllly good price. If you're interested let me know because you need a referral. But I love you're ring! Again :)

Beautiful!!! You are making me want to upgrade my ring! hahaha
If I had 3+ct stone I don't think i would do halo...i went from Lucida setting to halo (my center stone is 1.6) but i want to go back to simple setting now. Maybe i can upgrade my center stone for our 10 year anniversary and get a simple setting. Did you see the Michael B Paris setting?? It will look gorgeous with your stone and it's a lot different than the tiffany 6 prong setting.

Keep that 1.6 and buy another stone (unless the jeweler you bought the stone from will work with you on a trade in). I swear nobody gives you squat for your old diamond; they inflate the trade in price but so is the new price (just like a car, LOL).
