Hi, MrsNg..

Daria replied to my email yesterday saying that this Monday was a public holiday in Japan and that is why she only reply to me on Tuesday :) I just received one of the two bags this morning (Wed here) and the other one is on its way.

But out of 5 items I have received from them so far, 2 of them came with pretty major (very noticeable) defect or flaw on them which wasn't mentioned on the page description. I told them about one of them and they did offer full refund plus return shipping fee. But I'm going overseas very soon and I can not find a spare time to deal with it and lining up in the post office during this crazy holiday period! :)

So I just hope they will be more careful listing all the flaws in the product..

So far I'll rate them 7/10

I was wondering/worrying about the same thing that Sissi. Almost all of you have said so nive things but I take it very seriously when someone has so many fake claims on their feedback. I'd really like to buy some items from them but I'm still hesitating a bit because of the negative feedback. Someone ease my mind please?! :)

I didn't know they have 20 negative feedback on eBay. I think in all fairness, we can't blindly believe buyers who are stating that the bags or items are fake.

I was a victim of eBay too, bought a Celine for 1700 (auction) and received a fake. But then I use PayPal claim and got my full refund.

I think there are some buyers out there are accusing things to be fake without proof and some are just not satisfied or don't know better with the pre-owned quality and think it's fake.

In saying that, I think it's not impossible for a seller to sell a fake (not on purpose), especially with all the super fakes. I think if you're gonna buy items from e-lady or anywhere else, at least check their return policy. At least e-lady has a lifetime authenticity guaranteed.

And don't forget to double check the authenticity by using the professional independent authenticator service once you received the item. I will spend some dollars to make sure that the bag is indeed authentic :smile1:

Just received my mini pochette from Elady01. I couldn't be more pleased. The item arrived in better than described condition and in only 4 1/2 days from Japan to Minnesota. I will be using her services again!

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to TPF and didn't know about eLady until I read this thread. Since I'm originally from Japan, I decided to do little research on this company just from curiousity. I am not associated with this company and have not purchased bags from them (yet). I just wanted to share what I found with you.

CEO of this company is actually a Caucasian guy living in Tokyo. It is audited by Deloitte and Touché, big 4 accounting firm, which tells me their finances are under auditors' scrutiny. Auditors will not check the authenticity of their merchandise but their presence adds some comfort to me. This company has a Japanese online shopping site in addition to global site, and it actually provides authentication service to other big name online shopping site.

I checked Japan's largest shopping site that eLady lists their goods for customer reviews. It had about 500 reviews with 4.95 stars out of five. Not bad. I didn't really find anything negative about this company. I might buy something from them if I find a good deal.

I also wanted to know if there's any price differences between their Japanese site and global site. I was interested in one particular Speedy mono 30, listing price on the global site was approximately $60 higher. I think it's reasonable considering that eLady pays for international shipping.

My impression is that eLady is not much different from Yoogis. I hope this information helps.
Thank you so much for the post. I just purchased an item and was feeling very apprehensive about the purchase. This post helped ease my mind. Plus they offer a 14 day return.

The looping bag is nearly 15 yrs old. Super good condition, and nice patina uniform overall. The mini pochette was made in 2014. Both rated A. I'm beyond pleased. The looping bag was around $400, if I recall.

There was once a TPF user newbie who kept on insisting that ELady sells fake items. A spammer, s/he was. S/He got banned, though. So, ladies. Beware of users who post in threads who only have negative things to say about certain sellers. Do your research and you can always ask for help from the gals in the Authentication thread. Happy hunting! :)
