Yes I am definitely taking pictures and sending an e-mail to Elady tonight when I come home. I think it's hard to describe flaws in writing, but I have to check the description when I get home. It just feels that the pictures are taken in purpose that way. There is one big scuff in the middle of the front side which annoyes the heck out of me. I left many Noes on the shelf because of that. I know I am picky and I know one cannot except a new bag for the 1/3 of a price but still :/ Especially after the taxes, the bag turned out to be pretty expensive. I hope I would get a small refund, but do they do that or do they just offer full refund and ask you to send it back?Oh, how unfortunateI think you should contact them and mention the flaws and point out that they did not show in the pictures or in the description (did you read the description carefully?). Maybe you should try to get a little refund or if not possible you have to think about, can you live with it. If not, send back or sell?
