Oh, how unfortunate :sad: I think you should contact them and mention the flaws and point out that they did not show in the pictures or in the description (did you read the description carefully?). Maybe you should try to get a little refund or if not possible you have to think about, can you live with it. If not, send back or sell?
Yes I am definitely taking pictures and sending an e-mail to Elady tonight when I come home. I think it's hard to describe flaws in writing, but I have to check the description when I get home. It just feels that the pictures are taken in purpose that way. There is one big scuff in the middle of the front side which annoyes the heck out of me. I left many Noes on the shelf because of that. I know I am picky and I know one cannot except a new bag for the 1/3 of a price but still :/ Especially after the taxes, the bag turned out to be pretty expensive. I hope I would get a small refund, but do they do that or do they just offer full refund and ask you to send it back?

Sorry about thus. They do take refunds no questions asked but you have to pay for the shipping. Email and tell them your concern

I sent Elady an e-mail but they just told me to send it back if I was not satisfied. After my initial disappointment I have grown to like the bag more and more every day so I am keeping it despite the small flaws. My bf was able to snap a few of the loose strings and now I am happy. Still waiting for authentication from Meme's treasures but I am feeling pretty confident.

Well good for you! I'm sure it will turn out to be authentic :smile1: Can't find the time and energy to take and post pictures of my finds. And I think I'm getting a cold aswell :yucky:

Same thing happened to me. There were flaws not mentioned in the description. When I emailed they were not really concerned...Just said it is tough to describe all the flaws. The return shipping cost kept me from sending it back but I do like the item.

Nevertheless I will probably try another order from them in the hopes that I have an "A+" experience as the title of this thread mentions.

I ordered through the website and I cannot help but wonder if I had ordered through eBay and had the option to leave feedback if they would have had a different response.
 
So I ordered a bag from elady on 1/5/15. The bag shipped the next day and showed up in LA customs on 1/8/15. Since then there has been no update of the status and I have been contacted anybody regarding taxes or fees. I've ordered from elady before and items have always gotten to me quickly. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to find out the status of the bag?

The same happened to a friend of mine and it was the customs who was to blame. I would contact them if I were you. :)

So now it's 1/20/15 and still no bag. I've tried calling LA ISC, customs, USPS and even my local post office. No one can tell me what the hold up is or where my bag is. The tracking still says inbound to customs.... I've contacted Elady to see if they can open an inquiry. I'm so frustrated. Does anyone else have any ideas? This is a first for me...

I have sold on ebay internationally and sometimes customs holds pacakges for ages before releasing them. I don't know why this is but it happens. I have seen them sit there for several weeks :(
 
Ps. I ordered from Elady last week (I think on Wed) and just got a text from my hubby that my bag is here! That's less than a week and including a Sunday and a national holiday! Let's hope the bag and charm are great!
 
I ordered a Hermes evelyne (yes I know wrong subforum) and I ended up paying $145 for customs. I'm not pleased. But I got lucky the last two times with elady. I had no custom fees when I bought my Viva Cite GM and my Keepall 45.
