Did you get your items yet? I decided to order my Epi Noé right after you but got the message just yesterday that it got stuck in customs, **?%&&&! Turned out to be a bit more expensive but I am hoping the bag will be worth it and authentic.
I wonder, is the 14 day return policy from the date I get it or it is in the customs or post office? It says date of delivery but I'm not sure what it means?
Sorry my answer took so long. It has been quite busy. Yes, mine got stuck in customs too and had to pay it (used nettituonti program so I paid it easily and quick through internet. And you don't have to wait for the letter to come home. If you have the tracking number you will see all the information you need on posti.fi, weight, date of arrival and for name I wrote elady and you know how much it cost).
I think it is the date when you really get the items, because they haven't reached you yet. When you pay the customs the tracking continues and you can follow it there again. It says released from customs or something.
I've sended pictures for authentication yesterday to an authenticator and she has answered on 2 of 3 items. Both of them seems to be authentic
But I'm thinking of maybe selling one of them cause I already found something new I fell in love with and bought. It is on its way here 
Still thinking about going to LV store anyway if I want to sell something I really want to be sure.And about that return policy. They state on their website that they have life lasting return policy if the items turns out to be fake.
But my items were in really good condition. The one that supposed to have a smell it is barely noticable. And the BC item was in very good condition from inside out, but had little worning out on one edge of bottom. I was pleasently suprised with my order. And good package, all though I didn't have any dustbag on my items but I knew that. Maybe I'll just buy new/used for them

Yes, sure. I used Meme's treasure (some people in here recommended it). I have used their services before and they respond really quick and the customer service is great!
And about my other order outside EU: it went to custom again! Ugh.. You can see Finland is not doing so well needing all extra money from my purse purchases!
I am looking to buy a LV bag for Elady, she has great oic's for authentication except on the bag I am looking at the moment the date code pic is terrible, you can't see anything, I have sent her an email and asked if she was able to send me a better pic as I know I will need it.

But at least you will get your bag soon! Did you post it here yet? You can do it because you have a link to the website even if it is not an auction etc. I have used Meme's several times and I can totally recommend. But I think authenticate4U is also reliable, but I've heard sometimes it takes time to hear from them. Meme's has always been fast and very good service!

Would be fun to see your bags also! Opened my package quickly before coming to work and my initial reaction was a small disappointment. I feel that there are definitely flaws that were not mentioned in the bag. There are threads coming out of the handles and the some of the sides have lost their color. They posted a picture of the one side that is not scuffed. I am so extremely annoyed by this, argh. Oh, how unfortunate
I think you should contact them and mention the flaws and point out that they did not show in the pictures or in the description (did you read the description carefully?). Maybe you should try to get a little refund or if not possible you have to think about, can you live with it. If not, send back or sell?
