OP, you made the right decision by filing a claim with your bank.

Let Yoogi deal with the USPS & file a claim.. This could take time..
(probably you would have been very close to your deadline)

You don't know if Yoogi's is going to refund you promptly or wait until
they file & collect the money.. IYKWIM.

And out of curiousity, would be interested as to how long Yoogi's takes
to respond to you now that you have received this letter & e-mailed to Yoogi's
If they refund you promptly, then you can cancel your chargeback)

Just have a funny feeling that YC is not going to respond as quickly as
you may anticipate & if they do, then you can easily cancel your claim.

IMO, YC should just acknowledge your e-mail & respond even
if it is a just a thank you for the update & we will get back to you shortly.
Doesn't make one feel that this is a priority??

But until then, the bank is behind you & that's what you need..
