No clue but from my experience the high turnover rate isn't anything new. I've had over 10 SAs since 2009 and currently do not have one. My guess is that people move on either up the ladder or to other higher paying jobs at other companies. One SA went to France, another went to work at Christofle and the list keeps going on...
Hmm. I know which 2 SAs you are referring to, M went to Paris and A went to Christofle. They both were my SAs at different times. I wonder if it’s the same in other stores. Reading some posts here, people seem to have long standing relationships with their SAs.

The Toronto SAs seem to stick around longer for whatever reason. Maybe they have more customers so it’s worth it to stick around.

This really is an issue in the Montreal store. I’ve never been able to maintain an SA in Montreal, they turnover too quickly, whereas I’ve been dealing with the same SA from Toronto for the last 10+ years.
I’ve recently met a new one in Montreal, hopefully she sticks around for a while!
On the upside, whomever I have dealt with in Montreal has been lovely and helpful.

I am also in Montreal , and have had the same SA for 1.5 years....and like all if you I feel the same about turnover.I just hope mine sticks around, she is sweet and I don't have the energy to find someone else. With Hermes, it is very important that SA's stay because of the relationship based philosophy the brand has, so its a shame it doesn't seem to be like that here,
I actually find the Chanel in Montreal store has high turnover as well.

Wow I heard k20 were hard to get! May I ask what colour was offered and how long you’ve waited/spend ratio? I also hear Montreal stores are maybe easier cause it’s a smaller store?

It was a tricolor - rouge de coeur/rose extreme/bleu zanzibar. Honestly, I’ve been pretty lucky at this location. When I was interested in a Constance 18, I kept calling to inquire. In about 2 weeks, I was offered craie, but declined. Then 3 months later, I was offered noir, which I accepted. And the lucky part is that I had zero spend at this location. I had a few purchases at the Toronto location and some online ones, but it was my first purchase in Montreal.

Prior to this offer, other than the Constance, I also bought a Bearn wallet. And during this visit, I made a few other purchases: Kelly wallet and 4 items from make-up/fragrance.

Wow how lucky!!
May I ask if this’s your home store?
I’m been waiting for a k25 since oct. I was told it’s harder to get than a birkin.
May I pm you for more info about Montreal store? Thanks

May I ask whether you mean Oct of 2019 or Oct of 2020? Cause I’ve spent over 1:1 and have been waiting since Feb lol and was also told K25 are harder to get and know it could be of a wait.

I don’t live in Montreal, but I do purchase from there more than any other location.

I was also told that the K25 will take longer. Yesterday at the boutique, she told me she had a 32 retourne, but I immediately declined without even knowing the other specs (color, leather, hardware).

Sure, please PM me if you have questions. There is also a Montreal thread but it’s not as active as Toronto.

I’m at about 14k since oct this year and still waiting
Kelly 25 is hard to get in Montreal :(
I have seen them being offered but i think one needs to spend a good amount or have a long lasting relationship and constantly steady spending.
last year I got a birkin25 easily, this year with more spending I was offered a B30.
this entire time I have been waiting for k25 :(
Good luck I think the pandemic was hard for everyone

My SA said the same - that a K25 is hard to come by so be very patient. I should switch gears and ask for a B25, but my heart is set on a Kelly.

I switched gears last year ( 2019) and got offered at b25 a few months later.
this year , I was told all offers are hard, so when I got the b30 offered last week , I took it. , it was in a color way that I liked , black ghw.
It’s 1 bag per year and decided that I should not keep spending . I had spent enough in my mind and worried that I would have to wait till summer. I would have then stopped spending ( worried to be forgotten) or kept spending and only to have skipped the 2020 bag.
k25 and Constance are hard And if you want special leather and color options, good luck :(
If you only want a k25 and never a b25 then don’t ask for the b25. I knew I would take either in the long run

Also to chime in about k25 in general, not limited to the Montreal location, the Calgary location it’s also hard to get k25, probably a Canada wide thing. And also to add in a b25 is a lot easier so at first I was only set on k25 and was told the wait can be who knows when and I’ve spent enough at this point so I just also switched to add b25 onto my list and soon enough was offered a b25.

you are correct , I did the same thing.
i wonder who gets the Kelly 25,bags ?
is it high spending , or maybe long term customers,
Who knows why Canada gets so few Kelly’s? And who knows what it will take to get one :(
