Monogram Bay Speedy peeling? (Chaines)

Anyone purchase a Monogram Bay and have peeling on the painted area? I went to my local LV and the bag had some color coming off and the bag was brand new. Checking if it was only this bag. Thanks!

Any of the screen printed bags (Mon mono, mono V, Bay and etc.) can chip. Another user also saw a bag in the boutique that was chipped. I think if you rotate bags you should ok. I was concerned about the print in the back rubbing up against clothing and possibly color transfer on the white chain link. I still haven't decided if I'm going to get the bag.
