I have an original speedy 30 mon monogram/my heritage that I bought from LV at the beginning of 2020 when the pandemic first hit. It's marine blue and gris with the gris interior. Since there aren't interior color selections and no black handles/trim, I guess I'm most likely out. I really wanted the marine blue/fuschia with fuschia interior. By chance, what is the cost of the speedy 25 and 30? Still not seeing it on the US website.

No interior colors is ridiculous - another way for them to charge more for less.

I have the same color combo, but initials other way round (main color marine) with a marine interior! Have it since 2016 and it is my most used Speedy! I love that you could choose the interior…

That's awesome we have the same colors! They go with everything! The interior is what really makes the bag unique. I'm just going to keep what I've got, tbh. I do wish I had gotten a bandoliere though, but I do love my bag.

It really does! I have the bandoliere. I would love a 35 now. Just played around with the new application online. I have the feeling there are less colors or they look different…? Perhaps it is my iPad though… You can do much with those patches also. I wish there were more options… There really is no choice for the interior. What a pity…Also wish you could customize the Speedy handles black… I love the Macassar optics…

Well now I'm totally envious that you have the bandoliere!😊 Black handles woukd have been lovely and a huge selling point too.

Speedy 25 is $2160 USD, Speedy 30 is $2220 USD. They're on the site now!

Really disappointed that there is no option to have a bright colored interior -- that was my main motivation for wanting Mon Mono. I would like to get a Speedy B 25 but dislike the brown interior. LV has also eliminated the particular type of stripe I preferred. This new launch is a miss for me, but can see where some people will enjoy it.

WOW, this is polarizing.
- the designer is MUCH nicer (although VERY slow)
- the new wider colour palette is very nice (although some old colours are missing)
- the new stripe options are very cool (but the V-cut one feels so un-Vuitton-y for some reason, and the slanted Pont Neuf is missing)
- the stickers look much much nicer and more sophisticated than the My World Tour (but also the range is much more limited)
- the new font option is nice
- the best part: the price went down by a lot! the Mon Mono option used to be 360€ plus for bags, now it is just 200€. That's a huge difference! the SLGs seem to be the same price though.

The worst part is — as everyone seems to agree — the lack of interior colours. This screams optimizing the supply chain and saving as much money as possible (for them). Since most of the Mon Mono bags had no lining, but the actual canvas backing of the PVC was the lining, they had to produce, manage and keep 17 colours of canvas versions in stock, that doubled when they introduced the Eclipse versions. That's a lot of special material. To try to keep it simple and keep costs down, they were producing these canvas versions only for a very few locations (like Ducey in France), and only at those locations they were producing these special orders. That had upsides, since practically ALL Mon Mono items were made in France, and — this is my assumption — since they only made them in their best factories (longest running, closest to Paris, most experience with these base models), the Mon Mono quality was almost always excellent. Very very few people have been complaining about them here on the forum. And almost all complaints were about the screenprint not being durable enough, the craftsmanship was always top-notch.
Same for the SLGs, they needed to constatly manage almost 40 different lining leather colours. I totally see why that was a logistics nightmare.
Now they decided to let go of the interior colour, which means that they can simply just install screen printing machines in ANY of their factories that regularly produce Neverfulls, Keepalls, base SGLs, and from than on practically every single factory will also be a Mon Mono factory. No special canvas needed.
With all the special editions they churn out every month for the past few years, they probably gained a lot of experience with screen printing, refined it, and also most probably they already have all the necessary machines available in most of their factories. This makes life much more easier for them, I'd guess that is the reason behind the unusual price drop. But also don't be surprised when you'll receive your first Made in Italy, Spain, and Made in USA Mon Mono bags.
