MIU MIU Care cards.........

Okay, once again I am collecting information from you Miu Miu gals in order to help us determine authenticity of Miu Mius. In my experience with Miu Miu bags, the care card (not the authenticity card) have always been a bi-fold (simply folded in half). I see alot of care card pictures on ebay of Tri-fold cards. Can you gals tell me if any of you have ever received a tri-fold care card with your Miu Mius?

I only have the bow satchel and my care card is bi-fold.

I don't have my Coffer with me right now, but I'm pretty sure it was bi-fold. It sort of stuck with me because the Prada care card IS tri-fold.
