not only Orthodox people wear their wedding rings on right hand ;) there are some more countries where people wear them on right hand... I don't know why...probably some culture thing...
Not sure if this is 100% correct but what my mother told me when I asked her why her and my father wear theirs on their right hand. My husband and I wear on the left. She said "western" couples wear on their left hand to signify "love" and "eastern" couples and many European couples wear on their right hand and signifies "working together". I think it comes down to tradition based on the country you are from.
 
She wears a Cartier Love ring on her right hand ring finger (as Russian Orthodox people- they wear their wedding bands on their right ring finger- if I'm not mistaken) :smile1: She's wearing it in the all the pics as far as I can see :shrugs:
