I'm pretty sure she calms down in a few months.. she is trying.. I don't get the hype. she has the connections, the name, fame and money. I don't care what she is doing right now. she just wants to provoke the whole word and is searching for the right miley imo.
I like her music and she isn't hurting anyone with the naked boobs and what ever she is doing right now ;) so I don't care :)

'Coke is gross but 'Molly' and weed are happy drugs!' Miley Cyrus talks about one of her favourite subjects... drugs

Her love of marijuana is well documented.
But Miley Cyrus loves a theme; so she's spoken to Rolling Stone about how a bit of weed and a smattering of MDMA (the active ingredient in ecstasy pills, known as 'Molly') create happiness.
But the 20-year-old blasts the use of cocaine, branding it 'dark' and 'gross' then oddly - given her love of '90s fashion - she slates the white powder as a throwback to that era.

She told the magazine's contributing editor Josh Eells: 'One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon.'
Miley added: 'Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And Molly, too. Those are happy drugs - social drugs. They make you want to be with friends. You're out in the open. You're not in a bathroom.'
Miley, who will share in MTV documentary Miley: The Movement on October 3rd, more continued: 'I really don't like coke. It's so gross and so dark. It's like, what are you, from the '90s? Ew.'

Miley did admit that she referenced Sinead O'Connor's '90s hit, Nothing Compares to 2U in her Wrecking Ball video, however, and said that her father didn't want her to follow him into the music business.
'I think if he'd known how it was going to pan out, he would have let me. It's more that he didn't necessarily want me to.
It's almost like Toddlers and Tiaras - getting the little kids all dolled up and putting so much pressure on them to win,' she explained.
'He didn't want me ever to feel...the right word isn't 'pageant-y,' but I don't think he wanted me to feel like I had to be a certain way.'

Miley isn't just mentored by her 52-year-old father these days, and in her Rolling Stone interview discusses a close friendship with Kanye West.
She added: 'Kanye is the s**t. I kind of have a good relationship with him now.'
'It's good to have someone you can call and be like, "Yo, do you think I should wear this? Do you think I should go in the studio with this guy? Do you think this is cool?" That's what homies are supposed to do.'
Meanwhile, Miley's stylist, Simone Harouche, who has been dressing the starlet since she was 16, has spoken out to defend her client's incredible transformation.
She told Style Haul: 'She's 20 years old, she's growing up and figuring stuff out. I love watching her evolution.'

I am so, so offended by her. The sweetest looking 19 year old died in one of the local night clubs here in Boston a few weeks ago overdosing on Molly and she is telling the world how great it is? REALLY?

Ecstasy has been killing a portion of its users for years. At a music festival last month I n NY, a few died and many were hospitalized because of "Molly." I don't understand why she or anyone would advocate its use. If you want to use it, that's your prerogative, Miley. But don't try to glamorize it for your "fans" to go out and use it.

I've seen people on the drug and so many look like stupid, sweaty, dazed messes.

You know, we've all done things that we weren't proud of. I'm sure some of this on this forum have done drugs and some haven't. I don't support drugs, at all. (I have had friends that have died from them.) I think Miley is smart at times. BUT, I don't know what she is thinking right now. She HAD to HAVE KNOWN that when she speaks openly in a magazine about drugs in a positive way (which ones are good, and which ones are bad, whatever she is saying) and doesn't matter what kind they are, if she speaks about drugs in a positive way, in a public magazine, people are really going to get angry and backlash her for it. she's 20 years old. she MUST know she's going to get negative feedback from saying that stuff publicly. If she feels that way about drugs, then she feels that way, but I don't think she should have made it public to the world. (She has to know people are going to hate her for doing certain things. And she can say she doesn't care all she wants, but deep down a tiny bit of her has to care. When someone says something bad about us, we all don't react giddy and happy.) My feelings are---when you're inside your home, voice your opinions, do what you want, do what you believe in, and wrong or right practice what she likes if that's what she wants. But think before you act and talk. She needs to know that people will perceive her a certain way by her actions, and I'm sure she doesn't want to lose all of those fans that help make that mula $$$ :)

Ok Everyone so listen up..don't do coke cause it's gross and it's so 90s..but smoke all the weed and do all the Molly you want cause it makes everyone happy and you want to be with people instead of a gross bathroom, snorting lines on the toilet seat.

I agree! Just recently NPR did a feature on the dangers of Molly.

I'm pretty sure most people have been told "if you take ecstasy you'll get holes in your brain." That equals "don't do it." But when you're "young" you do drugs because its the cool thing, not because you're thinking about the repercussions. If you're a person who doesn't have an addictive personality, doing certain drugs or trying them a few times isn't a big deal for you. You do it once or twice and you're done. But if you're advocating use of something, you're telling people "hey, it's cool, try it" to people who may not be able to stop after a few times, so maybe you shouldn't be telling people how cool it is.

I have no problem with pot, it's the psychoactive drugs I don't understand and don't know why anyone would want to put their health at risk.

Just when you think she can't get any more ridiculous. . .

Found this about ecstasy, I bolded the particularly scary ish:

CAN I GET ADDICTED TO ECSTASY?

Is Ecstasy addictive? Many think so. But even if a user doesn’t become addicted, four very real dangers exist:

DANGER NO. 1: By 1995, less than 10% of Ecstasy pills on the market were pure MDMA. Today’s Ecstasy user is usually taking a mix of a wide variety of drugs, and often toxic substances.

DANGER NO. 2: One has to continually increase the amount of the drug one takes in order to feel the same effects. Users say the effect of Ecstasy is greatly reduced after the first dose. And as a person takes more of the drug, the negative effects also increase.

Because the desired effect from using the drug diminishes, a person often then tries other drugs that are even more dangerous.

DANGER NO. 3: Users feel there is sometimes a need to use other drugs such as heroin or cocaine to help cope with the mental and physical pain that results after one “comes down” from Ecstasy; 92% of those who take Ecstasy also abuse other, even harder drugs.

DANGER NO. 4: The false idea that a person only feels good with Ecstasy leads to a desire to take it more often than just at raves and techno parties; like other stimulant drugs, people continue to take Ecstasy, despite experiencing unpleasant effects.
