Michael Kors "logo" bags? Yay or Nay?

I'm glad this got resurrected, just read the whole thread. I didn't realize MK was PVC, so that helped, thanks. I have ONE MK piece, a wallet. I wish I could find it again in other colors because I like the style. It's shorter than a zip around and both sizes snap to the center zippered change part. I don't remember the name of the style.
They are my initials too and that is why I won't get any LV item heat stamped with them.
To OP, I'm not a fan of MK, logo bags or not. But to each their own.
I think the vote is unanimous... nay for me, and all logo canvas bags! Even LV. I would get their leather instead.

I see them way too much here(like every other person you pass by has one), when something becomes too common I dislike it. Secondly I don't like anything with big logos, small logos are fine but the huge mk stamp doesn't look good to me.

Nay!! I'm anti logo bags for any brand. I'm not paying several hundred dollars to be a walking billboard.
Another nay... and I own and love 3 LV canvas bags so it's not even that I don't like canvas bags or logos everywhere. I just don't care for the design of MK logo and bags covered with it. Their ubiquity in NYC (it seems like every third woman is carrying either MK or Longchamps Le Pliage) does not help either...
:lolots: Your post made me laugh. Those MK logo bags left a lasting image on many people's brain. Maybe too many people brought them. I'm not a MK fashionista. If someone said MK, the logo is one of the first things I would visualize like LV.

I guess that they did. I own some MK bags but never a logo one. Until I saw this thread, I didn't think that they still existed except at the outlet. I also see a lot of Coach logo at the outlet but not at the freestanding stores. At least I think. I only just walk by the Coach stores. It's always dead in there.
The little metal embossed logos on the selmas are fine (Plenty of brands have a singular metal logo)
The repeat logo was popular about two or three years back but I think has gone out of style now.
