I have the large Hamilton in luggage brown, and mine sags as well. I bought mine just before Thanksgiving and it has sagged from day one. I don't mind it a bit.
The large Hamilton is not intended to look structured like a Birkin. It doesn't have any internal support - you're basically relying on the leather to stand upright and maintain the shape, which it isn't naturally going to do (especially not with the weight of the straps & the padlock up top). The bag just isn't designed to stand upright on its own.
Anyway, I think it is a gorgeous bag and I hope you enjoy it! Perhaps if it really bothers you, you could try installing some type of organizer system or something inside that would provide some internal support and help it stand upright. You could also try taking it to a cobbler or shoe repair shop and see if perhaps they could install some type of frame or wires in the corners to help hold it up. Just an idea.

hi ladies! if you guys know any purse organizer that fits the large Hamilton please post it here. my friend has one and she wants to know if there's any.
I have the purse organizer from QVC and it fits my N/S hamilton. It's a great organizer (I have both the regular size and the large one). I would recommend the large organizer as it has zippers on both ends so you can expand the length if you want/need too. It was a good price and it's well made too. Let us know what you decide.
ITA! My Mocha Hamilton started to sag about two weeks into everyday use, so it happens pretty fast. After 4 months of continued use, it still looks like a Hamilton...just with a sag. I don't particularly mind it though because it makes it look like MY Hamilton.
Mine sags as well. I passed on it when I first saw it because it looked a bit too structured and it looked like MK was trying to copy the birkin. Until I saw a lady wearing one and it was saggy and didn't really, with the sagginess, look like a birkin copy. That's when I went to get mine. I was sold after I saw the sagging.
I was surprised when my E/W Hamilton started to sag, because it is the sand embossed python. But I think it looks very good, and it is much easier to get in and out of now that it is worn in. It is just a slight sag, it doesn't puddle like a regular leather.

Great thing about QVC is that you can order, actually try it out (put your stuff in it and carry in your bag for a few days) and if you like it, great, if you don't, you can send it back for a refund, including the original shipping! Of course, it has to be returned without stains, etc. I love that about them. I find that the large Hamilton will sag since the leather is soft. You need to purchase the small Hamilton or the outlet hamilton (without the lock and key) these do not sag like the large one.
