^ The photos were taken in a very bright environment, the reflective light must have been a killer maybe that helps explain the fak-ish tan and blindingly white teeth.

Fassbender comes across as such a normal dude, maybe normal is not the right word and average is not the word... he just reminds me of some of the guys I grew up with, he seems more reckless and thrill seeking than "dark". I guess this depends on your definition of dark but I sort of feel reporters play up his dark side because it fits into a convenient character narrative.

The youtube channel DP/30 is going to interview some of the cast and crew of TYAS, it doesn't look like he'll interview Fassbender... yet... but his interviews are generally very interesting.
