Yep, sorry, being too critical. Fass can really move well and music video's are great to watch. I mean most bands just get so little money to make one starting out and then you have to do it in like 3 days and its all pulling favours on the smell oily rag budget so its nice to see good ideas!

Also, nothing to do with Fassbender but being in London recently I had this track in my head all the time...and it wks just as well for hk, berlin, ny...

Shot during his LDN Drama school years. Have a good laugh

That same year he also shot this music video for The Cooper Temple Clause band

:pNot sure what I can say about both vids that is complimentary. Well, age has helped develop the look and acting ability...er, we all all make things at drama school/music video school that are exercises rather than the product, or um experiment over execution... giggles. She was cute, and um, the laundramaut looked good?
Artlove, ITA that age has really helped develop the look and acting, but not the fashion sense!

:graucho: The same old blue Adidas top again LOL:laugh::D

Michael's got a new project:

Now Fassbender has another role booked, and it is in a new film from a director who is just getting established. Gerardo Naranjo, who directed the popular festival entry Miss Bala (see a trailer here) is working with Fox to put together The Mountain Between Us, which could be called a survival romance. One of the two leads will be played by Fassbender.
Variety says the film is based on Charles Martin‘s novel of the same name, which follows two strangers who survive a plane crash in a remote area of Colorado. Both are injured, and rely upon one another two survive. Perhaps unsurprisingly, they end up falling in love.

I heard about this new project :yahoo: I’m just hoping it won’t turn out to be another movie like ‘The Grey’ with Liam Neeson :nogood: :giggles:
If Fassbender sign on, he would play the male half of the stranded pair, a doctor and avid climber who must use his skills from both his profession and hobby to help an injured writer woman to safety.
I wonder who would/could play the female lead though, probably an actress in her mid-thirties... If so, Jessica Chastain would be perfect for that part :hbeat:

From the author of Where the River Ends, comes this page-turning story of love and survival.
On a stormy winter night, two strangers wait for a flight at the Salt Lake City airport. Ashley Knox is an attractive, successful writer, who is flying East for her much anticipated wedding. Dr. Ben Payne has just wrapped up a medical conference and is also eager to get back East for a slate of surgeries he has scheduled for the following day. When the last outgoing flight is cancelled due to a broken de-icer and a forthcoming storm, Ben finds a charter plane that can take him around the storm and drop him in Denver to catch a connection. And when the pilot says the single engine prop plane can fit one more, if barely, Ben offers the seat to Ashley knowing that she needs to get back just as urgently. And then the unthinkable happens. The pilot has a heart attack mid-flight and the plane crashes into the High Uintas Wilderness, one of the largest stretches of harsh and remote land in the United States.
Ben, who has broken ribs and Ashley, who suffers a terrible leg fracture, along with the pilot’s dog, are faced with an incredibly harrowing battle to survive. Fortunately, Ben is a medical professional and avid climber (and in a lucky break, has his gear from a climb earlier in the week). With little hope for rescue, he must nurse Ashley back to health and figure out how they are going to get off the mountain, where the temperature hovers in the teens. Meanwhile, Ashley soon realizes that the very private Ben has some serious emotional wounds to heal as well. He explains to Ashley that he is separated from his beloved wife, but in a long standing tradition, he faithfully records messages for her on his voice recorder reflecting on their love affair. As Ashley eavesdrops on Ben’s tender words to his estranged wife she comes to fear that when it comes to her own love story, she’s just settling. And what’s more: she begins to realize that the man she is really attracted to, the man she may love, is Ben.
As the days on the mountains become weeks, their survival become increasingly perilous. How will they make it out of the wilderness and if they do, how will this experience change them forever?

^I'm getting vibes of 127 Hours (party of 2), but with intact limbs.
Huzzah for offbeat projects! I think that FOX's Tom Rothman may have this guy's phone number on speed dial. (Though too bad FOX often comes in last at the end of the year in term of movie grosses, out of the big studios ...)

Hmm quite peculiar choice both for Naranjo and Michael. :thinkin:Not to sound mean or snobbish, but the book summary leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps Naranjo is going to help with the script and hopefully schmaltzy parts will vanish or at least will be kept on the minimum . BTW Miss Bala is really great.

BTW one of my friends told me today that she finds Michael "incredibly ugly, old and psycho-looking."
WTH? But she still thinks Tom Hiddleston is sexy as hell so I won’t give her any credit from now on :p I like you and all but seriously get outta here *facepalm*
no way.jpg

Wait 'til she finally watch ‘Jane Eyre’ and ‘Fish Tank’ before she starts claiming otherwise :graucho:
Don’t worry Fassy I will never give you up…
