Here's another great pic courtesy of fassbender the ginger:

Blue eyes...baby's got blue eyes.

His eyes are amazing in pictures, but in real life they're not very special.
I think different types of light bring out his eyes and he knows how to use them. What do you think?

Being American I find it strange as well. There is so much nudity on our cable television. I don't see why the media makes such a big deal.

Welcome to the thread, Chicaloca!

It's not just the media. Some of the posts on twitter are just funny for all the wrong reasons. People actually went to see the film just to see the guy's peen.
I guess it's all good in the end, since the film as already grossed about $ 2million so far. :graucho:

London premieres for Michael's films:

If anyone is in London this month you might want to write down the following dates in your diary:

Premiere Shame-Tuesday 10th January 2012
Premiere A Dangerous Method -Tuesday 31st January 2012

Not a bad start to the year! ;-)

Btw, there is also a screening of Shame + Q&A with Steve McQueen scheduled at the BFI on Thursday 12th of January. Mr Fassbender might show up again like he did at the Tate screening last month.

After reading his last interview in which he described women as "a buffet of choice" :lecture: and admits of sleeping around while promoting films :sneaky:
I guess he's currently single and dumped Nicole Beharie's arse pretty recently :yahoo:

I had a question for girls around here: Could you date a heavy drinker and smoker who doesn't like serious relationships like him if he wasn't so famous and charming? :thinkin:

Penny Lane, i just read the interview in British GQ. I don't think he considers women as a "buffet of choice", he just said that when a guy is famous, much more women are proposing, because they are attracted by the celebrity status, that's why a famous guy has more choices than the average guy.

I still would date him if wasn't famous. I don't mind the drinking and smoking (even if I'm a non smoker and don't drink alcohol - weird, i know ;-D -), and the non commitment lifestyle (i am not a commitment girl). I already dated this type of guys and it was a great match. As long as the guy is a passionate person, positive, intelligent, funny and i feel a physical connection, i can compromise on "details" such as drinking, smoking...

I know exactly what he meant to say but still wrong choice of words here and he shouldn't be interested in young women with such low self esteem and take advantage of his celebrity status even if they are offering themselves to him... it's just wrong :hrmm:

Heavy drinking and smoking don't seem to have positive effects on him (yellow teeth, bad breath, health problems, rumors of violence and cheating...) plus he looks at least 10 years older than he really is and a bit skinny.
About the commitment part, I'm sure he has some appealing qualities (intelligence, good sense of humor, cuteness, talent, money and the infamous fassdong :blushing:) but at his age (soon 35) he shouldn't act like a player dating young girls (Zoë, 21) and co-stars (Nicole, 25) and piling one night stands while promoting, it will soon enough become really weird and creepy and not so charming anymore. He should definitely think of settling down with a nice woman and give up the booze for a while if he really wants to start a family and stay alive before turning 50.

I also heard some pretty wild rumors about him from London (don't know for sure if it's true or not), apparently he lives around Mare Street in Hackney and comes home with a different girl every night he's in town and used to have huge fights in pubs when he was drunk and struggling.

But he's right about one thing though, let's be honest if he wasn't famous and rich none of you would even look at him twice in the street (an old drunk ginger barman living in Hackney who clearly have relationship issues :weird:)...
