Alright, today i got in the LV at the last moment and they asked me to pop in on monday. MAYBE they can do something about it. SO VAGUE!

and plus going there makes me wanna buy more! only coz i didnt get to use this bag at all, so it hasnt fullfilled me. You know the nice feeling u get when u buy a new bag?
I might just get a wapity! arghhh. I HAVE TO STOP!

thank u everyone for te advice, all leakable items were carried to paris in ziplock packets in waterproof washbag. nothing bad has happened!

Normally when u purchased your bag from oversea....LV will not really help you out. If you will try, please ask to speak with store manager.

At this time they not offered to clean any light color bag anymore.
I don't think you can have them clean. You could ask to have them replace, they might charge you.

My best bet to contact the paris store, they sure can replace you with the new one. It's just too much work to send this bag forward backward.

Thank you for ur advice. Thankfully I'm in Paris at the moment, and I bought it here last week so they may help. If they don't, I wont worry too much, theres nothing I can do.:smile1:

Don't use anything wet or chemical on this! You will really mess it up.
Use a clean white cloth and gently rub it, if that doesn't work, take it to LV store closest to you and talk to them. Its very tempting to try to use something on this yourself, trust me, you will make it worse. I've ruined enough bags trying to clean this type of stain to know.

Almost looks like a colr transfer from jeans or or dark t-shirt.
I hope you're able to get it out.

I just bougth a Trapeze from paris, came back to london (with it packed tightly, in its dust bag, filled with tshirts) in my travel bag.

It came out with a mark on it. I'm really upset as I didnt get to carry it once!

I'm posting a link of the pictures, do you think the LV store here can fix it? Will it be expensive?

(I admited this on the other thread aswell but I actually cried, I was so upset!)


Ps. The new LV store in Paris is absolutly amazing! I went buy-crazy!
