SA just texted me and they've got another piece ready for me to collect! I'm going down to London again this weekend. Thing is I can't forget about the twist wallet... do you ladies think I should get it if it's still available? I feel it's so expensive for a wallet and I might not use it cause I'm worried that the cats print will get rubbed off.

Are you referring to the twist wallet with the chain strap or the smaller twist wallet? I was worried about the same thing regarding the price (I got the compact twist) and when mine arrived it was love at first sight. It's so beautiful, it's worth the money.
I actually like them both but I was specifically thinking about the compact twist. I love where the cats are on the piece and I like the twist lock. I had a play with it at the pop up store and I love it. Are you using yours or just keep it in your collection? Can you show me photos please?
The compact would be cute. I would only worry about the protruding LV that may dent other SLGs. My chanel reissue coin purse mildly dented my H bearn compact wallet. It was mostly evened out with my finger, but still, I am very careful now because of that little notch on the reissue coin purse. Now I try to purchase SLGs that are completely flat with no protrusions. The ZCP achieves this quite well.

The Catogram Speedy is my 1st Vachette LV & 1st Speedy, I haven't carried it yet, how do I not ruin the Vachetta?? (just use it and don't worry too much? and avoid water/rain/hand lotion? Im scared lol) thought about getting those "love handles" from Etsy
some people age their vachetta so it gets the patina they want. You can condition them if you want with Cadillac lotion. There are lots of ways to treat them if you google it.
I am using it and actually hadn’t thought of it denting other pieces, but I actually keep it inside of my large kirigami pouch because my work often requires me to run quick errands so it’s easy to throw my phone it with it rather than take my whole bag.
Me too. Same predicament. I have a PM but is only small amount of vachetta I wrap bandeau on handle anyways so not much of a problem.
But on this new speedy I want it to patina. But worried if I put Water stop spray it will stop the patina proces which isn't what I want. But I don't want water spot's either.
I got some Colonil water spot spray. I've yet to try it. I keep chickening out. There's just not enough considerable amount of sun either being winter time over here.

I think the back and forth with CS and being “sold out” is people reserving or prepaying for items and then once they get there, see it, don’t like, change their mind.... it becomes available again. Like mentioned previously, just keep trying. Or try calling a store direct. Sometimes, parts managers (although they don’t like to give out this info) have the ability to see what stores have what—-not just 866. Or randomly call and ask for direct contacts. All calls don’t get rerouted to CS.... only if they put the option on their phone. I call direct to stores all the time.

I literally get a different response every time I call or chat. I have been dying to get the compact twist wallet. I called about a week ago and was able to place an order with CS although she said it might take a few weeks for delivery. I was fine with that. Then I get an email canceling the order. So I call them and she said they are not taking orders for the catogram collection but she will have someone from the NY pop up call me by end of day. Never got a call. Earlier today I did a chat with CS and she said it’s sold out across the country. Tonight I called and he said there is one left in Las Vegas, he will put me through to the store. He puts me on hold for several minutes and then comes back and says a customer was in the store buying it at that very moment. I call BS on that. That was clearly an SA holding it for a customer. I feel like I’m shopping for a used car.
On a positive note, I was able to get the Neverfull online by constantly checking until I got an “add to bag”.
