I literally get a different response every time I call or chat. I have been dying to get the compact twist wallet. I called about a week ago and was able to place an order with CS although she said it might take a few weeks for delivery. I was fine with that. Then I get an email canceling the order. So I call them and she said they are not taking orders for the catogram collection but she will have someone from the NY pop up call me by end of day. Never got a call. Earlier today I did a chat with CS and she said it’s sold out across the country. Tonight I called and he said there is one left in Las Vegas, he will put me through to the store. He puts me on hold for several minutes and then comes back and says a customer was in the store buying it at that very moment. I call BS on that. That was clearly an SA holding it for a customer. I feel like I’m shopping for a used car.
On a positive note, I was able to get the Neverfull online by constantly checking until I got an “add to bag”.
Have you tried calling bloomies, nordies or saks with LV.... that’s how I was able to acquire mine. And you done have to go through CS necessarily. Store direct...

I'm still praying the website get the black stole and the flying cat charm back in. I'm heading to London beginning of December and the Popup will be open till January so fingers crossed I'll manage to get them somehow...

NM Fashion Island. No more LV at BH NM. Saks BH can also be a source of hidden treasures.
Also flagship NM in Dallas.
So I didn’t believe her and I went to the store today and they had a Neverfull, wallet, zip coin purse, and scarf. So much for being sold out. I am on the hunt for the speedy though.

You’re such an enabler! It really was such an awesome piece when I saw it at Pop Up. The size is what’s holding me back - I love all my 25s but find myself rarely reaching for the MWT 30. That’s why I initially considered the Paname (too small!). Ah, first world Goldilocks/3bears problem. Seriously, I have to budget for the holidays (donning my responsible adult hat now).
What’s available at the popup that’s not available widely?

I take her out first time today and so nervous too. Yes I avoid water, rain, hand cream, perfume. I wouldn’t cover the handles cause then they will be in different colour to the side vachetta and strap. I don’t mind if they get darker but I like them to be the same colour really. Enjoy your special Speedy, At the end of the day we bought it to enjoy it!
Yeah he's a 15 year old Persian, slow as a sloth but very talkative when he's actually awake which is about 5 hours a day
