Got a new Palm Springs MM Backpack. I brought in my existing 2018 one in to see if they could repair it due to numerous tears to the zip and the lip of the bag, but the boutique deemed it a defect, and exchanged it for a brand new piece. The remodel is much better with a smoother zip and a shorter lip to stop snags. I was so pleasantly surprised to be given a brand new bag! Truly amazing customer service.
Congratulations!! That's awesome they did a full new bag, that is wonderful service! I do love the Palm Springs range, don't own one but they look amazing.
