hi yesterday I noticed this cut on my husband's sneakers.. did anyone of you had also this problem with the offshore sneaker? We don't know how this happend and LV claims that tjis is not a material defect and they onle have one year guarantee.. I thought they have 2 years in Austria ? I'm shocked this happend and that LV can't do anything..he didn't do anything stupid with these shoes.. and this never happend to hugo boss shoes and he has worn them to death and they still don't have such cuts ..!! I complained also via email so let's see what will happen.. Is this a common defect?

Looks like the shoe was inadvertently damaged during one of the rare times your husband wore them. They look pristine except for what appears to be a deep cut.
It looks like a big factory defect, since the extrios is perfect, I have Parda shoes, and they have lasted me like 10 years!
I agree with others. Insist on a store credit. That’s not normal wear and tear, even for shoes.

I’ve recently ordered the LV Overnight Bag and wonder why there are such a few comments on it here. Anyone who owns it and can share his experience?
I like the 2 separate compartments plus the organizer compartment. Also the wrap around flaps in the clothes compartment seems to be pretty well thought as well es the zipper which goes down to the the bottom on both sides.

Vacationing in Maui and got a couple of things for Mr. Sparkle. I love LV for men’s furnishings and accessories. 
For the first time in months, I m really interested in a new bag: the new Grand Sac in ME. Anyone has seen it in real life? Feedback?
I'll be heading to my local LV this Sunday. if I see this bag, I'm gonna model it! So far I know they have the Cabas Light. I really want to see how I look with the Cabas Light.
I love this bag too. It’s so classic looking and thankfully doesn’t have a plastic chain slapped on it! I went by to ask and was told it has arrived at the warehouse here but none in stores yet.

thank you for your help.. I will go there again..they should at least offer my a repair even if the guarantee is only one year.. do you know if the guarantee is only 1 year for shoes?
I hope they can do something as a shoe repairist said he is able to repair it
