I think the briefcase is quite nice. If it had only one "button" on the front, it would be similar to Montblanc.

After reading about the quality issues with the PDV PM, I decided to sell mine while it was still in pristine condition and I put the money towards a new PDV GM bag in Damier Ebene. While I was at it, I put an order in for a Pochette Voyage MM and a Keepall B 45, both in Monogram Eclipse.

I'm in the process of trying to exchange my PDV PM for the PDJ. I'm in Mexico now and I was told if I had brought my PDV PM they would have replaced it in a heartbeat..... I wish the States had that kind of customer service.

I sold mine, and bought the PDJ in Macassar. I'm very satisfied with that bag. I will also take a look at the one in DE

I've tried it on a few times and it doesn't hold its shape because of lack of piping.When the canvas relaxes, it will look more flattened. It isn't a pretty look to me.

I agree with your comment about the external pocket. That's why I took a long hard look at the Icare too.

The thing that annoys me about the iCare is the old cell phone pocket...it is pretty much useless now. Unless they have changed it?

Hello! this is my first post. I decided to buy an LV bag to carry every day stuff. I'm interested in the Josh Backpack in monogran canvas or maybe the new messenger PM explorer in Eclipse. Anyone here have any of those items?
I would like to know how heavy they are and how roomy...
