I know what you mean! I live at college and to get to a shopping center, I have to take a shuttle. Even there, stores like Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, NM don't carry high-end MJ items, only things like coin purses and key rings.
I'm looking for the Teri tote as well. I ordered a black one from Bergdorfs online for only $300, but then canceled it when I saw that the Teri came with silver hardware.... I think black looks much better with silver so I'm holding out for that one.
