Workplace MAXMARA vs PUCCI

Italian warfare! (drinking some wine btw excuse the rambles)I am in a tough position to choose which to be employed by. I tend to lean towards MM b/c of my familiarity of the brand, personal taste and I have a work history with them.
I however adore the general history and brand recognition of Pucci in this region, Middle East.
One is resort wear & fun-loving… the other classic and serious….. I feel so torn!

Putting aside the brand images, which role would offer a better pay package, benefits and possible career progression? What about workplace/company culture?
