Monceau - the black brazil looks AMAZING on you. I think this might be my fave of the Brazils. In fact, both the black colorways are my faves - no wonder they sold out first on h.com (after the fushia).

It's amazing that all the maxi-twillies flew off h.com in just a couple of days. Even the orange brazil is gone now.

BTW - what are the new set of rules? I heard that they are able to ship them now? from stores for charge-sends?

I spread out my purchases...I bought the grey Brazil, canard Calvi, red Brazil from my home store; the green Brazil from h.com; and will soon be receiving the black Calvi and black brazil (twins!) from out-of-town boutique.

I think I've exhausted my "scarf fund". I was going to get a GM Cashmere shawl - but guess all the money went to the maxi-twilllies and now I am banned.

I spent the weekend wondering if a maxi-twilly would find its way to me... H has a new set of rules regarding maxi-twilly sales. Fortunately, fate brought me this divine black brazil, thanks to my DBF and a wonderful H angel!!! So many options with these, here I have tied a loose knot in the center to shorten it just a bit...

U are so lucky! I woke up at 10, got dressed & went to H on the first day of launch & this cw was already sold out at all the nearby H boutiques! This is such a wearable cw! Congratulations!

I'm really excited about these maxi-twillys. They are perfect for my climate and I love the versatility and ease. Everyone who has seen it has loved it - even some of my non-scarfie friends now want one!

Ohhh so many lovely colours, love to come back to this thread (many thanks for lovely comments for my prev post). I can't think about next ones, still deep in trouble choosing from current offering!

Defeated (blame my weak will) and got one more... and enjoyed quick 10min expriment with various bags (sadly not all H, sorry) - just love the fact my simple work dress could be enjoyed so many combo, with this one Maxi twilly ;

And I tried to 'bring out' each colour, just like little kids step forward and sing solo, iykwim.

Love the pop of colour on H!!! No other brand can do this on silk (Gucci, nearly perhaps imo).

It could be Kachinas - they like that design for the larger formats (GM, silk 140). Or I'm hoping, because I am not a fan of Pani.

I would be in heaven if it is Kachinas! I have a shawl, 90, and 140 summer twill in that, so you can say I am a Kachinas Junkie! It would translate beautifully in a maxi twilly because the dolls are various sizes. Kachinas was last year's RTW pattern, correct? so.....why not a maxi twilly??? (I can't get my hopes up, but thanks for the wishful thinking! )

I'm right there with you, Ladybaga! I had various Kachinas iterations over the years (90, cashmere), but didn't fall in love with the design until the silk 140 - it is so good in the larger, fluid format. And it was the RTW pattern. So I'm hoping its this.

do many H lovers here like Brides de Gala? Just wondering, it is nothing for me but H keeps them coming back... do you like that design?

I really like BdG, actually. I only have a twilly in the pattern, but get much use out of it. As lovely as both patterns for this season's Maxi Twilly release, I ended up choosing Brazil over the Cavalcadour. Both presented colors spectacularly, however, I am very petite and prefer simpler and less overwhelming patterns like the BdG. In an expansive swath of silk like the Maxi Twilly, I will most likely be dwarfed amd overwhelmed by busier prints, so am looking forward to BdG MTs next season.
