I know they're saying there were no drugs found at the scene, but I almost hope there was drugs and/or alcohol in his system, because to think it was just some kind of freak accident where he fell asleep is almost too painful to believe

I hadn't heard that. 54 is just way too young and for someone who brought so much joy and laughter to people, despite their personal pain and struggles -- I feel similar to how I felt when Robin Williams passed away
So shocked and sad when I heard the news of his passing. He had so many struggles and its truly awful that he never got to experience the same successes as the rest of the friends cast members, I hope he knew how any millions of people loved him .
He nearly died in 2018 after a colon rupture, and being in a hot tub can exacerbate underlying health issues. RIP Matthew.
So sad to hear about Matthew Perry's death. Don't think I ever missed an episode of Friends, and loved Fools Rush In. Definitely time to rewatch.
