USA Network's White Collar returns Tuesday, July 10th at 9:00 PM ET, and we're anxiously waiting to see what Season Four holds in store for hot rascal Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer). Details of the premiere are sketchy, but we did dig up this short synopsis:
Peter must locate Neal on a tropical island before an FBI-sanctioned bounty hunter does.
That's not much to go on, and we only have a few preview pics, but we're going to do our best to deduce what happens in the episode!
