The Jeff Koons collaboration is a reflection of the state of the world, overdone, insensitive and insulting. I'm assuming the the next collaboration will be with Ivanka *****. I'm going to take my money and spend time with family and friends. Luxury goods have left a bad taste in my mouth.

. And of course spend time with your family and friends should have the highest priority. Buying this collection make me feel relax after what is happening everywhere now.
I was actually looking forward to the collaboration. To see Koons Tulips or Balloon Dog on wallets or bags would have been fun. Or even if he created new work like the collaborations of the past. The bags look counterfeit. But maybe that is the statement that LV is trying to make.
That will probably be the Dolce & Gabbana/Ivanka ***** collaboration, as I don't think LV would stoop that low.

I am getting one and I am not even a LV person. I never thought I'd get a LV bag ever again (I sold my one and only Alma and don't miss it one bit).
Why am I getting one then and from this seemingly controversial collaboration? To me getting a blurry print of a masterpiece on a cheap museum souvenir makes it a lot less precious. It is also meaningless for me to get a print of the painting and framing it in a $50 frame. However I'd like to possess a piece of art in the nicest way possible and this LV collaboration made it possible (a lot of possibles in this sentence). A work of art on a work of art.

Wow! It is stunning! I am really thinking about buying either NF or Keepall in the Rubens print. I also love the pochette and Zippy.
It is just a little bit too expensive for me at the moment (on parental leave for one more year) but I never say never...hehe.
