I like the little clutch. But my husband is really mad at me for thinking of spending $ 1,500 on a museum store item. I probably won't do it. I know that apparently it is contemporary art, but hey, is it really putting bold letters on art paintings so incredible and life changing as to justify the high prices? I don't know; I don't know... I do recognize they are beautiful.

Well, we knew they were going to be "in your face". Frankly, besides the fact that I love the masterpieces themselves, my favorite parts of these bags are the view from the top and the insides.
Why everyone has to own a Pochette Metis or NF? (Including me)? I think it's fun to have a special piece that one like.

Do people buy these pieces as an investment in hope they will appreciate in value in years to come? Buy it even if they dont like the bag. So basically they won't be using the bag but nevertheless they buy it for the above reason. Do these things go up in value? I was always taught that the value of anything is only as much as what the other person is prepared to pay.
Agree. It would sit in my closet either 1. Afraid to use. or 2. Trying to figure out where to wear it.
