Remember that my first Taupe Minerva accidentally was shipped without zipper pulls? Marco and Valentina were so upset( much more upset than I was). He immediately shipped the zipper pulls and a "little gift" to apologize for the error. It took quite awhile to arrive, even though it was shipped express. I just got them today so my Minerva is now perfect. His little gift was a Taupe tassel with my named stamped in gold foil that can be used as a key ring or handbag charm. He is so thoughtful and generous!

They are really so customer-focused! I have a slightly similar experience, I ordered an extra long strap for my Athena, but when I got the package (which I coursed through a shipper/forwarder in the US to my country in Asia), the long strap was not there. Valentina and Marco were so worried about it. But in the end, I just found out a few hours ago, that the fault was with my forwarder.

Do you mean someone opened your box and took the black strap out then put it in another box to send to you? I don't understand what you mean. I don't understand how you got a second mailing of the black strap. Is it normal for delivery people to open boxes and take stuff out of them?
Actually, you have that right. I had several bags for shipping to me, so the forwarder consolidated them into 1 box. Air shipment is a bit expensive so they really have it to do combined shipping, so they open individual deliveries. In fairness to them, clients are aware of this, and they are normally careful in handling these items. Just in case you are curious why I don't have my orders from sellers shipped directly to me, well, custom duties and taxes are just crazy high in my country.
I corresponded with Valentina yesterday and they are investigating my package...they have assured me they will make it right but there is some kind of shipping problem apparently.

I was just thinking that she would be beautiful in one of the Africa's. I need to start buying smaller bags so maybe one bronze or antique gold. I usually buy massive handbags, but I'm trying to get used to carrying something smaller as I tend to overload my bags and just because they call it a neverfull doesn't mean I don't try
At 5'2 I'm not exactly tall either, but like you always reach for the biggest bag I can find 😊
I am 5'4" and I cannot get away with big bags. I always feel the ultra large bags are wearing me. Also I really need a pouch to keep organized when I carry a big bag.
Here is the question do you think that the new bag the Flora with the zip on the top would be something I could use to move stuff from bag to bag.
Lovie had a great pouch organizer. I would love something like that so that it is easy to move stuff from bag to bag and also make it easy to find things in my bag.
I just go the Amaranto Minerva today. The color is beyond beautiful--more like a deep red velvet, not bright, not dull. I have to wait until Thanksgiving to get pictures because it is too dark to take pictures when I get home from work. I am thinking of getting this color in the Selene. The silver hardware really makes this color come alive, but it would look good in the gold hardware too. She is so gorgeous and I can't wait to show her off.

I am thinking of going with the standard gray and the silver hardware. I am thrilled to hear the Amaranto is such a gorgeous color leather.
