Has anyone else gotten notice of money due for customs from USPS? My husband just called me and told me I had a "Sorrry we missed you" notice with the amount due $48 on it for customs. I am a bit perturbed by this.

I got the olive green Minerva. I can't wait to see it! Hopefully I can sneak out of work a bit early and run by the Post Office. I will try to post a picture of her but I am not very clever with posting yet.I don't think I have ever had to pay yet, maybe once a long time ago, unfortunately it is a reality of shipping into the country. It is a bummer, but there are way more times when I have not had to pay so if I ever do again it is worth it to receive beautiful handcrafted items. Much less expensive than my trips to Italy, that's for sure!
Which Minerva did you get? Let us share in the joy and we'll help you away those pesky customs fees!
I'm interested in this color!! Please do post! Thanks!I got the olive green Minerva. I can't wait to see it! Hopefully I can sneak out of work a bit early and run by the Post Office. I will try to post a picture of her but I am not very clever with posting yet.
I loved it in the photo in their book. Initially, I thought it would look a little madame but seeing it carried here on this board and in the photos from Massaccesi makes me think it looks quite different. The size, slouch, and strap are what I really like about it. When I saw LoveHandbags! taupe Minerva I was sold. It looked fantastic on her. Almost chose taupe but I am an olive green kind of person.

Sorry--the pictures are too big and I couldn't attach. I'll try again later. Any ideas on how to make the zippers work would be greatly appreciated. The only part of the zipper that sticks up is where the pull is supposed to attach.
