The shoulder strap was at the longest setting . Those pics taken were the display bag, which has bad alignment:no:
My CA kept another new piece which has better alignment for me, but we were too lazy to ‘set up’ the new piece at that time .
If you are very concerned about the alignment, better to check and buy at store, I noticed only 1 out of the 3 pieces at the store is good in alignment :whut:451DA832-3096-4284-ACF6-59B3B9EB9DAA.jpeg
