Love how they made her look "ugly" for the part so we can see she's a serious actress.

So, we can see by those candids at the Image Maker Awards she didn't gain a pound for the Tonya Harding role. They are padding her body and adding prosthetic makeup. All the clothes will probably have long sleeves and higher necklines to hide the prosthetics and it will take hours in the makeup chair to fill out her face. This won't be for a flash-back, but for the whole movie.

I think she's a stunning woman, but why not just hire a larger actress? There are thousands out there. That way, they don't have to spend all that money on a whole team of makeup up people to make her look plumper every single day. Wouldn't that save on the budget?
