Does anyone know if MT has a website/email/US number for customer service? I am curious to know if I shipped my medium MT to them and (if I paid them) if they would replace the handles on mine for the longer ones. I've tried stretching them (put super heavy books in the bag and left hanging for a week) but it didn't make any difference.

For the ladies that have black with gold hardware:

I own two black bags, both with silver hardware. I have a black jacket with silver buttons. I have black flat shoes with a silver buckle. From the other side, I often wear black/grey, and colourful blouses or dresses. In my mind, the majority of the black clothes is connected to silver zippers/button details. So you ladies, that have gold hardware, is there something that you don't wear when you carry the black/gold bag? Is there a big NO regarding gold hardware? Maybe I am used to black/silver, and I'm afraid of mixing... Could you give me an opinion about the gold versatility?

Hello,
I got my bag in the mail today. As you can see it is the blue. I believe that the top picture is the closest to the actual color. The bag is super soft and slouchy! I like the placement of the new strap, because even when it is open, your items stay in the bag. I don't have the other version to compare it too. I took some picture with contents in it, the top picture has all the items inside. Enjoy!

oh congrats. it's very lovely. the leather looks much thicker than on my violet too.

looks great with all your contents all color coordinated too.

I've yet to post in this thread (though I've posted about this bag in the Alexander Wang forum), but read through this entire thing to finally decide that I wanted to purchase this bag (thanks for everyone who provided any time of picture of this bag for reference :D).

I purchased an anthracite w/ gold over the weekend on sale at ****** and got it yesterday.. took her for a test run today (after struggling to figure out how to get the lock off, betty - you know what I mean lol)

At first I was iffy about the color I got because I'm a girl who strictly owns black bags but it grew on me quick.. I can't wait to break this bag in thoroughly. Here are some mod pics (as I know how valuable they are when purchasing a bag):
