Love this bag! It's gorgeous. I love the metallic. I ordered these exact Dr. Marten's boots, but in black, but I had to send them back because I couldn't zip them all the way up. I have larger calves, so they wouldn't fit. I was so disappointed.

My new-to-me Bal bag was just delivered today from FP. I can't wait to go home and open it up. I'll post pics once I do. Hopefully the real thing is just as good as the pics portray. I got a really good deal.

I absolutely adore the Blackout style. Great for all those reasons you listed plus it’s lightweight!

Sorry to hear that, I definitely have thinner calves than I would like :( however, my legs vary as I swing from heavier to lighter me LOL and that is what I adjust with laces.

Post pics of your new bag, I will also when I get mine , which will take a while to Canada and also after paying hefty customs fees, they ship via UPS and that is brutal for international.

OK ladies. Here is my new-to-me Balenciaga bag from FP. I need your advice/expertise. I'm rethinking its condition, and might want to send back. I have 15 days to decide. It looks more beat up than I thought from their original pictures, but keep in mind, I only paid $375, so I feel that I got a steal of a deal. Also, is it too schleppy looking (or what you ladies like to call 'smooshy' lol)? Is that common for Balenciaga bags? It's my first one, so I'm not sure what to expect. Is this calfskin, because it doesn't look like the regular "wrinkly" Bal bags that I always see. I do think it's beautiful and I love the gold hardware.

What do you guys think?
